AllSaints currently have 17 outlet stores globally and eight within Europe contributing to a huge percentage of our global sales. Our outlets are becoming vastly more popular as it gives our customer the opportunity to purchase garments from previous collections at a discounted price whilst receiving the same quality.

Chris Hume, District Manager UK & EU Outlets, shares what his journey with AllSaints has been like.

‘Having worked in Outlets now for more than 14 years I have never worked in a brand that give so much support to this ever important channel. As the face of retail changes, outlets are becoming even more important to a business. But more importantly the focus we have is on the development and growth of our talent and I am really proud to have been part of that.’

Chris first joined the brand in 2012 to develop our Bicester Village outlet store and it soon became one of our most successful outlets, Bicester continued to expand in growth and became one of the main shopping destinations within the outlet village.

Chris’s first store opening was Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth in 2013. Chris created a successful collaboration between our store design team to develop fixtures and unique construction designs to support the stores growth and maintain the flexibility required to drive some of the highest cash densities in the business.

Over the next four years Chris was given the opportunity to work across several different areas of the business including Concessions, Greater London, Korea and North America as well as running all Global Outlets. Chris become Head Of Global Outlets and continued to develop the brand to meet the business strategy of global sales for outlets.

Chris’s role as District Manager for UK & EU Outlets has led him to many successes as he has opened stores from Gunwharf to to Zweibrucken in Germany and through the years been able to develop the store in line with the evolution of the brand and the internal talent who started as Stylists are now Store Managers.

Chris’s advice for success: ‘Be a brand ambassador at all times. Grab any and all opportunities that come your way. Keep up to date. Be flexible.’

We always look for individuality and attitude; for people who disrupt the norm, push boundaries and are collaborative in their approach. We are currently looking for a Floor Manager for our Outlet store in Roppenheim. If you have entrepreneurial spirit coupled with creativity and passion, wait no longer and apply here
